Application Process

A non-refundable application fee of $75.00 must accompany the completed application when mailed back to the Day Nursery.

Completed applications will only be accepted by U.S. Postal Service delivery. Note: Fedex, DHL, messenger service, or drop-offs will NOT be accepted. Completed application forms and fee should be mailed to the address below:

Once a completed application is received by the school, the Admissions Office will contact parents to schedule their family visit. Family visits are scheduled starting from October through mid-February. Sibling family visits are scheduled from November to early December. Admission notifications for siblings are sent out in the second week of January.

Registration for in-house students and siblings is scheduled in the last week of January. The deadline for registration for in-house students and siblings is in the first week of February.

Admission notifications for new families are sent out between the last week of February and the first week of March. The deadline for registration of new families is in the second week of March.

The non-refundable registration fee must be paid at the time of registration. If registration is not completed by the deadline, the child’s seat will be forfeited.

Acceptance to the Day Nursery cannot be deferred.

Admission to St. Ignatius Loyola Day Nursery is highly selective, however strong consideration is given to:
